Lashes By Samantha/Sam Faires Eyelash Collection- If Looks Could Kill

She was the original girl of TOWIE and now has taken the beauty and fragrance industry by storm. ‘Lashes by Samantha’ is Sams second product to be launched bringing something new to the Faux Lashes industry. Sam has worked really hard to produce three different style lashes for every occasion whether you love your lashes or are just starting out i can assure you that these lashes are for you.

I came across Sams collection a while back, but have always been apprehensive about purchasing any false lashes after having some bad experiences with getting them to stick. With my 18th birthday coming up and a glamorous night planned lashes where a must have. After hearing many positive reviews and with Sam being a style icon of mine i decided to purchase them.

I purchased my lashes from ‘River Island for £5.00’. I decided to purchase ‘If Looks Could Kill’ a gorgeously thick medium blend lash, full of character. one of three styles from the collection.
These dangerously gorgeous lashes are designed to thicken and volumise the wearers’ lashes with stylish ease, to create a seductively chic killer lash look.
Once I had applied all of my makeup,I then began to apply my Lashes.
The Application was as simple as the box described,I removed the Lashes from the packaging and applied the Latex Free Glue. After letting the Glue become tacky for 10-20 seconds I placed the lash onto my lash line. The Lashes where instantly dry and the Glue stuck beautifully. If you take care during adhesive application and removal, these lashes can be reusable. They are also designed to with stand gentle trimming to fit the lash line.

Overall These extremely popular lashes are flexible enough to wear day or night with ease and comfort. I would Defiantly recommend these Lashes to Anyone as they are the best Faux Lashes I have ever used and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I will defiantly be purchasing the rest of the collection.

Thankyou for reading,I hope you found this useful.

Makeup Revolutions Awesome Eye Metals Finish / Rose Gold Review

Hi everyone I am back today reviewing the makeup revolution Awesome Eye Metals Finish In the shade rose gold. I put together this look at the weekend after purchasing the item as it had been highly recommended as a dupe for the stila magnificent metals collection. I cannot comment on how good of a dupe this is as I haven’t tried the stila collection. But for price comparison Makeup revolution wins all day long.

The products comes in a neat and tidy Packaged box containing a liquid primer, mixing tray making it longer lasting and the foil shadow. I wouldn’t describe the shadow its self as a powder but similar to a cream texture which is extremely pigmented.

To apply the product I simply added the primer to the mixing tray added a small amount of powder gave it a mix and it was ready to apply.

The Shadow its self allowed me to create a dramatic eye look which I found to be build able to how you desire it to look. As you can see from my image above I had already applied a bronzer to add warmth to the crease of my eye before I applied the Eye metal finish this added definition to my eye look and allowed my blue eyes to stand out more.

My final thoughts on this product is that this product is one of my favorite products to work with when I am looking for a dramatic glamorous finish. I have received many compliments when wearing this eye shadow and would highly recommend for any beauty junkie to purchase one of the 5 shades as it is our affordable version of the current makeup trends!

Their are 5 More shades available.
Makeup Revolution Products are available in super drugs.

MAC Harmony Blush Review

I have been meaning to get my hands on this product for a while, and I finally did after my Auntie managed to pick this Beauty up from Madrid after weeks of it being sold out in the Uk.

This Mac Blush is so versatile as you can use it as a contouring face bronzer or a warming blush or even an eye crease color to give depth to your different looks. It is fantastic for all Skins Tones from pale to medium.

This Muted rosy beige could almost pass for a brown,

This is a favorite of mine as i am able to use it for the purpose of contouring my face along side with the Mac Mineralize skin soft and gentle to add a Highlight.

I also find this to be the perfect blush for contouring because of its soft matte powder finish. If you have ever had trouble with bronzers having orange undertones before then Harmony is the blush for you! It adds warmth without the orange undertones.

The warmth will not interfere with the rest of your makeup, their is no shimmer in the blush so it can easily be worn everyday just to give your skin abit of color. This blush will compliment almost any makeup look to create the perfect finish.

I have worn this blush alot and have had lots of compliments on the way it looks on my skin.
I would recommend if your skin is between NC30-NC45 this blush will look gorgeous on you.

So if you are looking for the perfect contouring blush this may be the one for you?

Cocoa Brown Fake Tan Vs Sunkissed Rapid Tan Review

Hey Ladies, with summer on the cards its time to top up your tan! I have picked out two of my top favourite 60 Minute fake tans to review for you all so you can all gain the desired sun kissed glow this summer.

Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan Mousse £7.99

Cocoa Brown is made for beautifully bronzed, radiant skin in just one hour!
The first thing that caught my eye about the product was its girly packaging I mean what girl don't like a pink bottle of fake tan.

The Tan is created by the flawless Marissa Carter her love for being tanned, lead her to create the Cocoa Brown Formula which has already took Ireland by a storm and has now became available in the UK.

The Product itself is exactly the same layout as the Sunkissed 1 hour tan with a tradition mousse pump which makes your application simple and easy. The Cocoa Brown mousse is very light which makes it easy as a little goes along way!

When I was applying the fake tan I found it to glide effortlessly across my skin with a beautiful watermelon scent. The perfect thing about this tan is that it is made for every skin type and tone.
In its one shade the tan develops to your own taste in a matter of hours.

Wait one hour for a light glow, 2 hours for a medium tan and 3 hours for a dark deeper tan.
I would advise to the wash it of in the shower. I left my tan for 3hours and then took a shower and I gained the desired glow i was hoping for.

The tan lasted for around 5 to 7 days on my skin and it didn't leave me in a patchy mess like other tans i have tried. The tan fades naturally leaving no streaks on my skin.

Overall I am really impressed with the product and I will defiantly be purchasing it again.

SUNKISSED Rapid Tan 1 Hour Mousse £4.99

Like all sun kissed products the rapid tan mousse is kind to your skin. The lightweight mousse tan develops in just one hour to achieve a long lasting natural tan. Although like the Cocoa Brown 1 hour tan I tried the Mousse dries very quickly this i great for when you want to quickly throw on your clothes to leave the house!

The formula itself contains Vitamin E & Aloe Vera along with no Parabens.

When using fake tan I like to achieve a natural bronzed glow and this Mousse turned me beautifully bronzed in 60 minutes. I tried the Medium shade and in my opinion I would say this is quite dark.

Similar to other sun kissed products I have tried this mousse has a 'Holiday in a Bottle' fruity scent. which is great as I did not experience any burnt biscuit smells.

After the one hour wait I rinsed the tan and I was left with a deep bronzed glow which lasted for around a week and fades nicely without and patchiness.

All in all I was impressed with the results if you are looking for a fruity smelling bronzed glow than this fake tan is for you!

My Conclusion

After trying both of the 1 hour Mousse I have to say my best pick out of the two is most defiantly Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan. The sun kissed tan gave me great results and i cannot fault it for its price, but I preferred the intense colour Cocoa Brown left me with.

I hope you found this review useful, thank you for reading xo

My Quick Smokey Eye Tutorial

Hey guys so today I decided to have a play around with a few palettes to create a desired smokey eye look. A Smokey eye is perfect if you want a dramatic look and this works well on all eye colours Brown Hazel Green or Blue.
I have listed below my step by step tutorial on how to achieve my finished look and the products I have used.
I hope you find this useful!

Products I used to achieve-

Mac Paint Pot in Painterly
NYX Love in Paris Palette
Mac Warm Neutral Palette
Bourjois Paris Bronzing Powder
Soap and Glory Eyeliner
Mac Mineralise skin finish in soft and gentle.
False Lash Effect Mascara Primark

How to achieve this-

I began by applying my Mac Paint Pot all over the eyelids as a base.
I then took my bourjois paris bronzer and applied it threw the crease of the eyelids to add warmth to the Eye using a blending brush.
I then began to build up the colour by applying a black eyeshadow from my NYX love in paris palette all over the eyelid.
I then applied a shimmer to the outer half of the eyelid to soften any harsh edges.
To blend out the eyeshadow I then again used the bourjois brozing powder for the ultra smokey look.
Finishing of my eyeshadow I applied the Mac Mineralise Powder to Highlight the Browbone.
I finished my look by applying a Black Liquid eyeliner and a touch of mascara to my bottom and top lashes.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial, thank you for reading let me know if you try it out

Review | Soap and Glory | Supercat Felt Tip Eyeliner

Ever since I became eye makeup obsessed I have tried out multiple liquid eyeliners and my next pick was the Soap and Glory supercat eyeliner from boots.

The eyeliner its self is is really easy to hold as its long and thin and really light weight. The tip itself is really long so it allows you application space.I belive their is abit of a learning curve to this product as it took a while to gain a tecnique but the liquid is opaque and is very pigmented and its thickness is easy to control

it's deep black coloured tip allowed me to create two diffrent  looks a dramatic defined flick or a delicate super thin line. Which dries extremly quick so need to worry if you blink or sneeze . In terms of longevity it lasts all day so their is no need for touching up.

The only downside to this product is that it isn't extremly waterproof but is a beauty to remove when it comes to removing.

At £6 this eyeliner is brilliant value for money and I will defiantly be purchasing again when I am on the hunt for one. I would highly recommended this product.

Thank you for reading I hope you found it useful

Soleil Tan De Chanel Review

Soleil Tan De Chanel was my first purchase of 2015. After weeks of trying this product with numerous makeup looks it was about time to review.
This product was a must have on my wish list as i always aim for a natural bronzed glow and many had recommended.

'Bronzing makeup base' suggested that i should  apply this all over my face before you apply your makeup but from my experience i found this product is most effective when applied over foundation. I love that this is a multi purpose products as it can be used in many ways and is very versatile.

As this product only comes in one colour some may say the colour is too orange but will easily blend into a natural toasty brown so do not hesitate.

Their is alot of the product in the classic Chanel packaged pot too. A flat round and pretty 30g.
The only problem is that this packaging is not travel friendly as it can be big and bulky but looks lovely along side any makeup collection.

I found the product its self blends and applies a lot like a cream product with a solid consistency. To apply this i use my real techniques blush brush as i find this product to be very build able so i am able to keep buffing and blending until i get my desired finish.

I will defiantly be purchasing again,as this is apart of my everyday makeup routine.
but i advise people to use the right brush as anything and everything sticks to this product so make sure you keep your top layer clean.

I hope you found this review useful thanks for reading.
