Lashes By Samantha/Sam Faires Eyelash Collection- If Looks Could Kill

She was the original girl of TOWIE and now has taken the beauty and fragrance industry by storm. ‘Lashes by Samantha’ is Sams second product to be launched bringing something new to the Faux Lashes industry. Sam has worked really hard to produce three different style lashes for every occasion whether you love your lashes or are just starting out i can assure you that these lashes are for you.

I came across Sams collection a while back, but have always been apprehensive about purchasing any false lashes after having some bad experiences with getting them to stick. With my 18th birthday coming up and a glamorous night planned lashes where a must have. After hearing many positive reviews and with Sam being a style icon of mine i decided to purchase them.

I purchased my lashes from ‘River Island for £5.00’. I decided to purchase ‘If Looks Could Kill’ a gorgeously thick medium blend lash, full of character. one of three styles from the collection.
These dangerously gorgeous lashes are designed to thicken and volumise the wearers’ lashes with stylish ease, to create a seductively chic killer lash look.
Once I had applied all of my makeup,I then began to apply my Lashes.
The Application was as simple as the box described,I removed the Lashes from the packaging and applied the Latex Free Glue. After letting the Glue become tacky for 10-20 seconds I placed the lash onto my lash line. The Lashes where instantly dry and the Glue stuck beautifully. If you take care during adhesive application and removal, these lashes can be reusable. They are also designed to with stand gentle trimming to fit the lash line.

Overall These extremely popular lashes are flexible enough to wear day or night with ease and comfort. I would Defiantly recommend these Lashes to Anyone as they are the best Faux Lashes I have ever used and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I will defiantly be purchasing the rest of the collection.

Makeup Revolutions Awesome Eye Metals Finish / Rose Gold Review

Hi everyone I am back today reviewing the makeup revolution Awesome Eye Metals Finish In the shade rose gold. I put together this look at the weekend after purchasing the item as it had been highly recommended as a dupe for the stila magnificent metals collection. I cannot comment on how good of a dupe this is as I haven’t tried the stila collection. But for price comparison Makeup revolution wins all day long.

The products comes in a neat and tidy Packaged box containing a liquid primer, mixing tray making it longer lasting and the foil shadow. I wouldn’t describe the shadow its self as a powder but similar to a cream texture which is extremely pigmented.

To apply the product I simply added the primer to the mixing tray added a small amount of powder gave it a mix and it was ready to apply.

The Shadow its self allowed me to create a dramatic eye look which I found to be build able to how you desire it to look. As you can see from my image above I had already applied a bronzer to add warmth to the crease of my eye before I applied the Eye metal finish this added definition to my eye look and allowed my blue eyes to stand out more.

My final thoughts on this product is that this product is one of my favorite products to work with when I am looking for a dramatic glamorous finish. I have received many compliments when wearing this eye shadow and would highly recommend for any beauty junkie to purchase one of the 5 shades as it is our affordable version of the current makeup trends!

Their are 5 More shades available.
Makeup Revolution Products are available in super drugs.

My Quick Smokey Eye Tutorial

Hey guys so today I decided to have a play around with a few palettes to create a desired smokey eye look. A Smokey eye is perfect if you want a dramatic look and this works well on all eye colours Brown Hazel Green or Blue.
I have listed below my step by step tutorial on how to achieve my finished look and the products I have used.
I hope you find this useful!

Products I used to achieve-

Mac Paint Pot in Painterly
NYX Love in Paris Palette
Mac Warm Neutral Palette
Bourjois Paris Bronzing Powder
Soap and Glory Eyeliner
Mac Mineralise skin finish in soft and gentle.
False Lash Effect Mascara Primark

How to achieve this-

I began by applying my Mac Paint Pot all over the eyelids as a base.
I then took my bourjois paris bronzer and applied it threw the crease of the eyelids to add warmth to the Eye using a blending brush.
I then began to build up the colour by applying a black eyeshadow from my NYX love in paris palette all over the eyelid.
I then applied a shimmer to the outer half of the eyelid to soften any harsh edges.
To blend out the eyeshadow I then again used the bourjois brozing powder for the ultra smokey look.
Finishing of my eyeshadow I applied the Mac Mineralise Powder to Highlight the Browbone.
I finished my look by applying a Black Liquid eyeliner and a touch of mascara to my bottom and top lashes.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial, thank you for reading let me know if you try it out

Review | Soap and Glory | Supercat Felt Tip Eyeliner

Ever since I became eye makeup obsessed I have tried out multiple liquid eyeliners and my next pick was the Soap and Glory supercat eyeliner from boots.

The eyeliner its self is is really easy to hold as its long and thin and really light weight. The tip itself is really long so it allows you application space.I belive their is abit of a learning curve to this product as it took a while to gain a tecnique but the liquid is opaque and is very pigmented and its thickness is easy to control

it's deep black coloured tip allowed me to create two diffrent  looks a dramatic defined flick or a delicate super thin line. Which dries extremly quick so need to worry if you blink or sneeze . In terms of longevity it lasts all day so their is no need for touching up.

The only downside to this product is that it isn't extremly waterproof but is a beauty to remove when it comes to removing.

At £6 this eyeliner is brilliant value for money and I will defiantly be purchasing again when I am on the hunt for one. I would highly recommended this product.

Thank you for reading I hope you found it useful

MAC Eye Shadow x15 Warm Neutral Palette

MAC Eye Shadow x15 Warm Neutral Palette Review, and swatches.

Hey everybody so this is my first blog post and
I have recently purchased one of MAC cosmetics 15 pan eye shadow palettes in warm neutral. This is a pre-filled 15 slot eye shadow palette which is made up of a mix of warm toned shades.
MAC cosmetics also sell this 15 pan eye shadow palette in Cooler toned neutrals.

The warm neutral collection of 15 eye shadows is made up of limited edition, some permanent, that are designed to flatter warmer skin tones and are perfectly designed to complement green and blue eyes.
This warm neutral palette is retailed at £65 (UK Price). As this is a MAC palette i would be wrong to say this is not well priced. The reason I think this is because if you think about the price of building your own 15 pan eye shadow palette you are saving a lot of money.

UK price Mac Palette- £14.00
Insert – £6.50
Mac eye shadow pan – £10.00

Just by looking at this In my opinion,£65 for a 15 pan MAC eye shadow palette is a bargain ! . The price of this palette is defiantly something to consider if you are planning to start your own palette as I would advise you to think of the cost. And to check out MAC ready made pallets before creating your own
Below are the names of the shades included in this palette .

Top Row-
From the left to the right in order
Hey , Warm Breeze , Ginger Snap , Dark Brew and Dance in the dark .

Middle row - Brule , Vanilla Extract , Honey Lust, Amber Lights , and Saddle .
Bottom row -Lemon tart , Creative Copper , Butter Fudge, Devine Decadeke and Unwind.
I hope you all found this review useful and thank you for reading, love Aimee xo
